Chef Grégory Vingadassalon Takes Part in the “Festival Bon!” in Bordeaux
From October 13 to 19, 2025, Bordeaux will celebrate sustainable and local gastronomy with the Festival Bon! — a week dedicated to the pleasure of cooking, sharing, and eating well.
Organized by the City of Bordeaux, this event highlights healthy, local, and environmentally friendly cuisine, while raising awareness of the importance of sustainable food systems.
A Week to Celebrate Responsible Gastronomy
For its third edition, the Festival Bon! will unfold across all Bordeaux neighborhoods, offering a rich program:
- Cooking workshops to learn how to use local produce and reduce food waste,
- Talks and round tables featuring chefs, producers, and experts,
- Tastings, shared meals, and family-friendly activities,
- And the participation of many committed local restaurateurs and producers.
This year, the festival is sponsored by Chef Philippe Etchebest, who designed menus for local schoolchildren and seniors, and will host a fun culinary quiz for children. The event promotes a simple yet powerful message: eating well is a fundamental right.
Chaud Show: The Grand Finale of the Festival Bon!
On Saturday, October 18, 2025, the Festival Bon! will culminate with Chaud Show, a vibrant culinary event organized by the Bordeaux Food Club on the Campus Victoire.
On the menu:
- Twenty Bordeaux-based chefs coming together to offer five unique culinary creations
- A festive atmosphere with concerts, bands, DJ sets, theater performances, and live art
- And a single ticket price of €24, including five tasting dishes crafted by some of the city’s most talented chefs.
